The Lilly Dermatology Specialty Territory Managers willbe responsible foraccount-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence the treatmentforthe disease states represented in the Lilly dermatology portfolio. This includes HCPs in dedicated dermatology practices, as well as representatives in key hospital accounts, including dermatologists, dermatology fellows, dermatology educators, chief internal medicine residents, chief family practiceresidentsand residents involved in dermatology rotations. You will build relationships with key customers in the dermatology space to increase Lilly's ability to drive adoption of our new and existing therapies. They will alsoidentifyand develop business relationships with state and local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations. They will be viewed asa credible expertandresource.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Additionalskills/preferences:

  • Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after completion of an undergraduate college degree.

  • Other work experience following the completion ofundergraduatedegree, or a graduate degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, PharmD).

  • Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results.

  • Account-basedselling experience. Ability toidentifyand engage staff members in accounts.

  • Strong background in navigating within complex integrated healthsystems.

  • Extensive experience or thorough understanding ofspecialtypharmacy distribution model.

  • Selling injectable/infusion molecules in a complex reimbursement environment.

  • History of working with multiple cross functional partners.

  • Strong Learning agility, self-motivated, team focused, emotionally intelligent and influential.

  • Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$87,000 - $159,500

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
