Job Title: Validation Engineer
Location: Middleton, WI (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
The Validation Engineer will support validation of software systems and laboratory instrumentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves executing performance qualification (PQ), supporting system upgrades, and working across teams to maintain validated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support PQ validation activities for software systems and instrumentation
  • Develop and execute validation plans, test scripts, and reports
  • Review and approve change controls and validation documentation
  • Provide validation support throughout the SDLC lifecycle
  • Participate in system upgrades, releases, and project meetings
  • Troubleshoot validation issues and support audits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of validation or related experience
  • Knowledge of SDLC, validation processes, and testing methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Skills:
