Job description

The main purpose of the job is to control the guest traffic flow into the front entrance way to the casino, greeting and directing all guests to the appropriate outlet or area.

Reporting to the Lead Valet Supervisor, the Valet Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner while providing guests with a positive first impression.


  • Always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employee and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service orientated manner.
  • Must be able to show initiative including anticipating guest or operational needs.
  • Must be able to direct all guests to the appropriate outlets or departments.
  • Ensure that any concerns/issues are immediately reported to the Security Department.
  • To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.
  • All other duties as assigned

  • 3 + years of driving experience is a must
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Will be required to submit a drivers’ abstract.
  • Must be able to drive a standard or automatic transmission.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours/day.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not necessary.

The schedule for this position may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays.
