Familiarity with handheld route-tracking apps, safety gear, and basic waste management procedures is typically required. What is valet trash pickup?

Valet trash pickup is a doorstep waste collection service commonly provided in apartment complexes and multi-family communities. Residents place their bagged trash outside their doors at scheduled times, and a service provider collects and disposes of it, usually in the community’s main dumpsters or compactors. This service offers convenience to residents, helps maintain cleanliness, and can enhance property value. It is popular in urban areas where carrying trash long distances can be inconvenient, especially for those with limited mobility.

  • A vehicle capable of towing a trailer and a trailer you'll use for the job.

We're hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming for the people who live there.

This role is ideal if you're looking for reliable extra income, a second job, and consistent evening work close to home.

What You'll Do

Every service night, you'll help keep apartment communities clean and welcoming by collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents' doorsteps, so it's gone by morning.

  • Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area.

  • Stay active by walking apartment communities, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.

  • No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.

  • Active auto insurance for the vehicle being used

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
