Job description

Encore Service Group was founded on the belief that healthcare and hospitality should go hand-in-hand, and it is our mission to make a lasting positive impression on every person we encounter. Encore service Group is 100% healthcare focused currently serving Michigan and Ohio. We provide non-emergency medical transportation, shuttle services, valet parking, service excellence consulting and coaching, parking/garage management and welcome desk/concierge services. 



We are seeking a Full-Time Valet Supervisor that will "float" to all of our hospital campuses on a daily basis. FULL-TIME, M-F, $18+TIPS. This position will also pay for travel time and reimburse your gas. This job opportunity is for a candidate that has a flexible schedule as early as 5AM and as late as 9PM. This job also requires a candidate with their own reliable vehicle and must be personally insured. We have numerous hospitals in Michigan you will be asked to work at and Ohio, so must be ready and willing to travel.


The ideal candidate is dependable, responsible, time sensitive/flexible, detail oriented, energetic, and compassionate. They should be an outstanding communicator, have strong leadership skills and thrive in a team environment. Valet parking experience is preferred but not required. However, a background in guest service or hospitality is strongly recommended. The ability to run, walk, and stand throughout the shift and in all types of weather is also essential. Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and pass a background check and drug screen. Reliable transportation is also a must.


All valet team members are expected to:

  • Maintain a well kempt and professional appearance
  • Greet guests courteously.
  • Ensure customers are receiving timely service.
  • Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
  • Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner. 
  • Wash windows.
  • Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times.


The Valet Supervisor will work right alongside the valet team and carry out the above duties, along with but not limited to the following:


  • Work closely with client/facility management
  • Communicate effectively with the Corporate Office in a timely manner
  • Directly oversee all day-to-day activities associated with valet
  • Ensures the facility/campus and employees are operating in accordance with company policy.
