Position Summary
The Valet Attendant is responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles for customers while making an exceptional impression on every guest, engaging with our customers in a positive and friendly manner and giving them the best experience possible while providing safe and efficient service.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers as they arrive and provide courteous and professional service. They may open doors for customers and assist them with getting in and out of their vehicles.

  • Parking customers' vehicles in designated parking areas, ensuring they are parked safely and securely.

  • When customers are ready to leave, a valet attendant retrieves their vehicles and returns them to the customers promptly.

  • Keep the parking area clean and tidy, ensuring no trash or debris is on the ground.

  • Please keep track of keys for all parked vehicles, ensuring they are returned to the correct customer when their vehicle is retrieved.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have and ensuring that their experience is positive.

  • Valet attendants must follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of customers' vehicles.

Qualifications:
Years of Experience: Entry Level
Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbally and written
Requirements:
  • You must be 18 or older to apply.
