Job description

Truly off-grid in the Nebraska countryside, the first Dormie Network club spans 300+ acres of pure golf. You'll be surprised by this club, found down a dirt road and surrounded by cornfields and prairie. The 18th green features a drive-through silo along the South Table Creek and historic Arbor Day Farm is just a short hike away.

Dormie Network is a national network of private destination golf clubs, delivering an unparalleled experience through pristine course conditions, world-class hospitality, and exceptional service. At the heart of that experience is our people. As a Club Services Associate, this role plays a critical part in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for members and guests through attentive service, professionalism, and teamwork.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Fall Help Needed! August - November
As part of the Club Services team, your essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide a high level of customer service to members and their guests throughout their visit.
  • Stage golf carts for daily play and prepare carts for member use by stocking and maintaining them before and after each round.
  • Greet members and guests and assist with loading and unloading golf clubs.
  • Clean golf clubs and maintain cart presentation standards.
  • Assist with driving range operations, including collecting and cleaning range balls.
  • Collect, transport, and deliver luggage for members and guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Support other areas of the club as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain personal appearance standards and wear assigned uniforms.
  • Operate club-owned vehicles to transport members and guests when applicable to the club location.
  • Provide valet services for member and guest vehicles when applicable to the club location.
  • Adheres to all Dormie Network's policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Work collaboratively with all employees to support an efficient and positive team environment.
  • Consistently greet members, guests, and fellow employees with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to help.
  • Shifts Include: 6AM-2PM; 2PM-10PM

WHO YOU ARE
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Exhibits strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Manages time effectively and meets daily operational demands.
  • Performs well in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information.
  • Demonstrates the ability to safely operate golf carts and other club vehicles as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • None

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Knowledge of golf preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and turn.
  • Ability to visually inspect equipment, golf carts, and member belongings for cleanliness and condition.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.

  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle when properly licensed.
