The Lead Valet is responsible for supervising valet operations and team members, ensuring efficient, safe, and courteous parking services for all guests. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the valet team during shifts, monitors operational efficiency, and maintains high standards of guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise valet team members during assigned shifts.
  • Coordinate vehicle parking, retrieval, and guest service to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor valet team members on service standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Ensure valet tickets and records are accurately managed and reconciled.
  • Monitor vehicle staging areas, keys, and parking lots to maintain safety and organization.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding valet operations.
  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles and report pre-existing damage.
  • Assist in scheduling and assigning valet team members to meet operational needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of valet staging areas, entrances, and parking lots.
