Fall River Health Services is looking for a Valet/PRN. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for patients and their families at our facility.Additionally, the Valet will function as a receptionist and patient escort, contributing to a positive and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and their families warmly; assist them in safely disembarking from their vehicles and provide support as needed.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate services or departments.
  • Escort patients to their appointments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Effectively communicate with medical staff and other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Maintain the valet area and parking facilities in a clean and organized manner.

The average Salary for this position is $16.19- $19.30 an hour. Pay can be higher with more than 5 years of experience.
