This position supports a hospitality operation that serves guests seven days a week. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

  • Assist guests with luggage as needed.

Valet Operations
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Issue valet tickets and explain the vehicle retrieval process.
  • Manage vehicle keys according to company procedures.
  • Direct traffic and maintain organized vehicle flow in high-volume areas.
  • Ensure the valet area remains safe, efficient, and guest-focused.
  • Support teammates and assist during peak business periods.

Qualifications
Required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • At least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Preferred
  • Previous valet, hotel, restaurant, parking, or hospitality experience.
  • Experience driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements
This is an active position requiring the ability to:
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, wind, and snow.
  • Stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Bend, stoop, squat, and move frequently throughout a shift.
  • Safely enter and exit a wide variety of vehicles.
