Gather and Grow Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote position. Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing for a comfortable and efficient professional environment. Our outpatient office model supports both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing technology to provide comprehensive care through Telehealth. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of clients' mental health status, establishing accurate diagnoses and formulating individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring that all interactions are documented thoroughly through assessments, treatment reviews, and case notes in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational professionals, to coordinate and reinforce comprehensive support for our clients.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to assist clients in reaching their goals, contributing to their overall mental wellness and resilience.
  • Participate in regular clinical staff meetings, contributing to the overarching mission of expanding access to quality mental health care and promoting a collaborative team culture.
  • Adhere to best practices for documentation, ensuring timely submission of all necessary paperwork relating to client sessions and communications.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be serving children, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds, creating an inclusive environment that respects and upholds the values of diversity. You will have the flexibility to offer both in-person therapy and virtual services, ensuring that clients can access care in a manner that best suits their needs. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Candidates must hold a valid LMFT clinical license to practice.
  • Proven experience in clinical documentation, including effective assessment techniques and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage client caseload and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold appropriate boundaries and foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.
  • Familiarity with a diverse client population and comfort in adapting therapeutic techniques accordingly.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is an asset.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation and Benefits

Gather and Grow Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus. In addition to financial compensation, we offer:
