A Spa Coordinator is responsible for providing, maintaining and promoting hospitality at the highest level at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner. As part of this job, this individual is required to demonstrate good conversational and computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Primary responsibilities include recommending and scheduling treatments, retail sales, payment processing and maintaining the cleanliness of all spa areas including men's and women's locker rooms. This individual must be able to handle situations with the utmost confidence, grace and empathy. The payrate for this position is $19.00- $21.50/hour, and eligible for service charge earnings.
