Position Summary

Roelens Vacations is seeking a relationship-driven Owner Relations Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our homeowners. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional ownership experience by building strong relationships, providing proactive communication, resolving concerns, and partnering with internal departments to ensure every home is cared for to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building trust, solving problems, and creating positive experiences. You'll work closely with Operations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Inspections, Reservations, and Accounting to ensure homeowner expectations are consistently exceeded while supporting the continued growth and success of our vacation rental portfolio.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with homeowners across your assigned portfolio.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owner questions, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Conduct regular owner check-ins to provide updates, strengthen relationships, and proactively address concerns.

  • Resolve owner issues quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

  • Assist homeowners with navigating the owner portal, owner reservations, and account-related questions.

  • Review owner statements for accuracy and work with Accounting to resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate listing information and coordinate updates when needed.

  • Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Inspection teams to resolve property issues and maintain quality standards.

  • Coordinate property inspections and communicate findings or recommendations with homeowners.

  • Act as a liaison between homeowners and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Identify opportunities to improve owner satisfaction, retention, and communication processes.

  • Contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency and enhance the homeowner experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Previous hospitality experience is required. Vacation rental or property management experience is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.

  • Strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Professional phone etiquette and confidence handling high-volume owner communications.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in vacation rental owner relations, homeowner services, hospitality, property management, or guest services.

  • Experience using vacation rental software such as Guesty, Hostaway, Escapia, or similar property management systems.

  • Experience reviewing owner statements, rental performance reports, or financial reporting.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
