Your Role: What You'll Do
As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the community, supporting the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations, resident satisfaction, and exceptional service delivery.

Your Impact

Operations & Resident Engagement

  • Assist in rent collection and delinquency management to achieve financial goals.
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including scheduling showings and processing applications.
  • Address resident inquiries and concerns with a friendly, solution-focused approach.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve property issues efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain accurate resident records and community documentation.

Marketing & Financial Management

What You Bring

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years in property management, leasing, or an assistant community manager role
  • Strong understanding of resident relations, rent collection, and leasing coordination
  • Experience using AppFolio or similar property management software
  • Proven ability to support team leadership and community operations

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative, leasing, or customer service roles
  • High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
