Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate leads complex, cross functional initiatives that support long term business objectives and organizational priorities. They manage project scope, timelines, and resources while aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring execution and ongoing performance stays focused on measurable outcomes. This person should also be data-driven, analytical, creative, results-oriented, and must possess great written and verbal communication abilities. They need to be highly adaptable to a constantly changing marketing world and should always be looking for opportunities to grow, evolve, and drive results.

What You'll Do

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact, gaining a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic, high impact initiatives across multiple teams and departments
  • Communicate data and marketing strategies during customer conversations
  • Search for continuous improvement opportunities to achieve and exceed customer goals

Experience and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience in account/project management, digital marketing, or strategic consulting, preferably in Marketing Services, PropTech, SaaS, or technology driven environments

  • Experience navigating GA4, with a strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising (PPC), email marketing, lead generation, and digital marketing best practices.

  • Proven ability to deliver strategic initiatives with execution and deliver measurable outcomes

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills

  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into strategic recommendations

  • Experience using CRM to manage client relationships and marketing analytics tools to track success

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, actionable manner

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality outcomes

  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams
