Job description

Logistics Specialist (Data Center Operations)

Location: Sparks, NV

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialistin logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, or material management and be interested in building a long-term career in logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming deliveries both physically and within inventory management systems
  • Verify, secure, and properly store equipment, devices, and consumable materials
  • Maintain organized storage areas and ensure accurate inventory tracking
  • Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and weekly inventory scans
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Build and organize project-specific pallets and material staging areas
  • Pull, prepare, and coordinate shipments between facilities and warehouses
  • Support urgent operational requests related to materials and inventory
  • Process return-to-stock transactions and manage unused project materials
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient material movement and inventory accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of logistics, warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience
  • Experience using inventory scanners or inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of inventory accuracy procedures, cycle counts, and material tracking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize materials in a warehouse or data center setting
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a structured environment
