• Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop patient management plans.
• Collaborate within a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) including an RN care manager, LPN, clinical pharmacist, psychologists, and social workers to deliver coordinated, wrap-around care.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and other learners, fostering the next generation of clinicians.
• Work in a system that provides seamless access to social work, travel assistance, housing, and pharmacy services without the hassles of pre-authorizations or multiple formularies.
• Choose to work at the main facility with a large academic-center feel, or one of our small community clinics. Either way, enjoy the collegiality and patient-centered focus of a small clinic, backed by the resources and stability of the VA's comprehensive healthcare network.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases. Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME). Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA.
