What are some common challenges Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) face when working in a VA healthcare setting?

Additionally, LPNs may need to adapt to frequent changes in protocols or technologies unique to the VA system. Despite these challenges, many LPNs find the work highly rewarding due to the strong sense of teamwork and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on veterans' lives.
