  • High satisfaction from veterans, VA partners, and staff
  • A supportive team environment where employees are engaged and growing.
  • Consistent compliance with contract and quality expectations

What It's Like to Work Here

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time both on the floor and managing behind the scenes.

  • Fast-paced and active - you'll be moving, problem-solving, and leading in real time.
  • People-centered - you'll work with a wide range of personalities and backgrounds.
  • Purpose-driven - every day is an opportunity to give back.

Schedule & Additional Details

  • Primarily day shift (Monday-Friday/6:00am - 2:00pm)
  • Rotating on-call schedule (approximately one week every 3 weeks)
  • Occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required.
  • VA background check required.

No two days are the same, and your ability to adapt, prioritize, and lead with empathy will make all the difference.
