Pridestaff is seeking a detail oriented and motivated  Legal Administrative Assistant for a Legal company in the city of Murrieta. This is a Temp to Hire position Monday - Friday  8am -5pm Pay $18 -$21 per hour.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for helping  their legal team  in preparing and organizing disability claims for veterans.  This position plays an important role in helping ensure Veterans receive the benefits   they deserve by assisting with documentation and information gathering. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the legal team in preparing documents for VA disability claims and appeals
  • Gather, organize, and accurately track case information and supporting documentation
  • Communicate with clients to obtain required information &  records
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure documentation is ready for attorney review
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, intake staff, and other team members to complete case tasks
  • Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and timely completion of work
  • Update case management systems with relevant information and documentation

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to accurately gather, track, and document information
  • Comfortable working with computers and case management systems
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Professional and positive attitude when interacting with clients and staff

Preferred (but not required)

  • Prior administrative or legal support experience
  • Experience working with veterans or VA-related processes
  • Experience in a law firm or claims processing environment
