Job description

Always Best Care is seeking compassionate CNA or PCA caregivers to provide essential care for seniors in the Midlothian, VA area. The caregiver will assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
  • Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to supervising staff.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
Requirements
  • Valid CNA or PCA certification.
  • Previous experience providing senior care preferred.
  • Reliable and compassionate with a strong commitment to quality care.
  • Ability to work part-time in Midlothian, VA.
  • Clean background and pass drug screening 
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed
