HVAC VRF/VRV & VAV SERVICE TECHNICIANS

Austin, Texas | $27โ€“$50+ per hour, based on experience

Building Team Solutions is recruiting experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians for a growing, well-established Austin-area mechanical contractor.

If you have strong commercial HVAC experience and want to expand your VRF/VRV and VAV knowledge, we want to meet you! Experienced VRF/VRV technicians are especially encouraged to apply.


Compensation:

โ€ข Commercial HVAC Technicians: Starting at $27 per hour and up

โ€ข Experienced VRF/VRV Technicians: Potential to earn $40โ€“$50+ per hour

โ€ข Final compensation is based on experience, certifications and technical ability


What Youโ€™ll Do:

โ€ข Diagnose, service and repair commercial HVAC systems

โ€ข Troubleshoot VRF/VRV, VAV, rooftop and split systems

โ€ข Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections

โ€ข Identify electrical, mechanical and controls-related issues

โ€ข Communicate professionally with customers and team members

โ€ข Complete service documentation accurately and promptly

โ€ข Follow company safety procedures and industry standards


What Weโ€™re Looking For:

โ€ข At least two years of commercial HVAC service experience

โ€ข Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

โ€ข VRF/VRV or VAV experience is highly preferred

โ€ข Technicians with solid commercial HVAC experience who want to learn VRF/VRV are also encouraged to apply

โ€ข EPA certification preferred

โ€ข Valid driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record

โ€ข Dependable, safety-minded and customer focused
