Roles & Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content strategy
    Keyword research
    Write compelling copy that converts or compels website visitors to engage
    Facilitate UX sessions and workshops
    Provide consultation on content strategy for intranet and smaller internal ecosystems
    Provide consultation on content strategy for Knowledge Management content
    Support product management, design team members and business stakeholders
    Support other organizations, departments, and teams to create a consistent voice and tone
    Provide services during the following US business hours 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST
    Strong collaboration with a cross-functional team to build a scalable knowledge base aligned with client needs, integration techniques incorporating industry standard ServiceNow workflow
