Position: UX/CX Program Manager
Location: Stamford CT / 4 days onsite
Duration: Long Term contract 
Responsibilities
Develop scalable, and repeatable processes that drive seamless cross-functional collaboration and handoffs between team.
·Plan and manage fast-moving, multi-stakeholder programs. Build project plans, define milestones, track dependencies, and proactively surface and resolve risks.
Facilitate program rituals (planning sessions, status reviews, retrospectives) that keep teams informed and aligned without adding unnecessary overhead.
Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to both working teams and leadership.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across research, design, product, engineering, and business teams to keep programs aligned to shared objectives.
 
Qualifications
Experience working directly with and understanding the needs of UX/CX disciplines (e.g., UX/CX design, UX research, strategy)
Experience managing risks (e.g., operational, product, team health).
3-5 years of experience
Telecomm experience will be a strong nice-to-have
