  • Track UX metrics (task success, efficiency, satisfaction) and report trends; recommend improvements for release readiness.
  • Maintain audit-ready UX documentation, including design decisions, usability results, and configuration notes; publish in approved repositories (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint).

  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD), and documentation tools (Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Experience capturing requirements and user stories, writing UX specs, and managing work in Azure DevOps or JIRA.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of payment gateway integrations, tokenization, and secure payment flow designs; awareness of PCI DSS controls and SOC1/SOC2 considerations.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP, event-driven architecture, and API management from a UX perspective (error states, resiliency, observability).
  • Experience supporting usability aspects of data migration/cutover (e.g., delta loads), reconciliation, and dispute workflows.
  • Background in Hybrid Agile methodologies; ability to run design sprints and support continuous delivery.
  • Portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX deliverables and measurable outcomes; SAP-related certifications are a plus.
