UX Designer Detroit, MI Hybrid (2+ days onsite) 6+ months extension / conversion potential Full-time, EST hours $60 - $65 Hourly Mandatory: Case Study Style Portfolio Overview: We’re looking for UX Designer to support digital platforms across energy, utility, and public sector programs. This role focuses on designing intuitive user experiences across portals, internal tools, and program workflows. We’re seeking a full-cycle UX professional who can leverage low- to high-fidelity design, qualitative research, and user-centered methodologies to deliver intuitive, scalable digital experiences. Qualifications 5+ years UX design experience Case Study Style Portfolio User centric qualitative research experience Wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design experience Process driven, iterative, and strategic UXer, who values collaboration, ownership, and stakeholder engagement Responsibilities Design UX for digital products and portals Conduct research and develop user journeys Translate requirements into design solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders Present and iterate on design concepts Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
