Join a dynamic team as a Content Designer delivering engaging, user-centered content for innovative products within the financial services industry. In this role, you will craft clear, meaningful content to enhance user experiences across multiple digital platforms, including product flows, interface language, emails, notifications, education materials, and navigational terminology. You will develop and implement content strategies that support brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency and effectiveness throughout the customer journey. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product design, marketing, legal, and engineering to craft compelling narratives that meet user needs and business objectives. Manage content guidelines, conduct content audits, and identify opportunities to improve user engagement and operational performance. Lead, mentor, and influence team members and stakeholders to adopt best practices in UX content design and storytelling.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, write, edit, test, and refine content to improve product usability and user engagement.
  • Develop and manage content strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging across all digital touch points.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align content with brand tone, voice, and user needs.
  • Create guidelines for voice, tone, headers, CTAs, and formatting, maintaining high standards across projects.
