A UX (User Experience) agency is a company that specializes in improving the usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction that users experience when interacting with digital products such as websites, apps, or software. These agencies typically offer services like user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, interface design, and UX strategy. Their goal is to create intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive at a UX agency?

To thrive at a UX agency, you need a solid background in user experience design, user research, and interaction design, often supported by a degree in design or related fields. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and usability testing platforms is typically required.
