Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager for a 12-week hospital assignment requiring care management experience and EPIC proficiency.

Details
  • Work within the Case Management unit of a hospital setting
  • Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 12-week assignment length
  • May require floating onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed
  • Uses EPIC EMR system
Requirements
  • Active WI or compact RN license required
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required
  • Prior care management experience required
  • EPIC EMR experience required
  • Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
