We are Regency Care of Central Oregon, a skilled nursing community centrally located in beautiful Bend, OR. We are looking for caring & compassionate individuals to join our team.
As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.
As an RN, you will:
  • Train staff and assist the director of nursing
  • Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
  • Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
  • Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
  • Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
  • Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
  • Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
