We are offering a $5k sign-on bonus! 

Managing Behavior Analysts oversee the delivery of behavior treatment services with the support of Managing Technicians, Assistant Behavior Analysts and/or other Behavior Analysts. Managing Behavior Analysts are driven to provide clinically excellent services to their clients and their families, while promoting the clinical and professional development of the program managers and technicians assigned to their teams.

  • Provide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clients
  • Deliver protocol modification, assessment and family treatment guidance for assigned clients
  • Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
  • Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
  • Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
  • Partner with Clinical Director regarding staffing and scheduling for clients
  • Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
  • Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor

  • Master’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children with autism
  • license as required by local statutes to deliver ABA
  • Supervision fluency, including performance monitoring of clinical team and consistent utilization of a system to monitor client progress during field supervision
  • Fluency/independence in navigating challenging situation with families, funding sources or staff
  • Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates:
  • Timely submission of reports
  • Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Understanding of pre-requisite skills across domains, goal progression and how to address programming related issues
  • Fluency in reviewing client's authorized hours and supporting the maximization of hours for a caseload.
  • Independence in creating fade out plans that are derived from caregiver input, client and caregiver progress on goals and assessment results
