Full-Time | Hourly | Onalaska, WI and surrounding areas
TD&I is growing! We are hiring motivated individuals for aerial utility construction positions including aerial laborers and equipment operators. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and building critical infrastructure, we want to hear from you.
Founded in 1987, TD&I has built a strong reputation for quality utility construction across the Midwest. Join a team committed to safety, teamwork, and getting the job done right.
Fiber Optic Aerial Laborer/OperatorÂ
Responsibilities:
- Operate bucket trucks and/or digger derrick trucks for aerial utility installation     Â
- Set poles, install anchors, and assist with line placementÂ
- Interpret utility prints and job specificationsÂ
- Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspectionsÂ
- Follow all OSHA and safety regulations for aerial workÂ
- Identify job site hazards and ensure safe work practicesÂ
- Support Foreman and crew leadershipÂ
Qualifications:
- Experience operating bucket trucks and/or digger derricks preferredÂ
- Class A CDL required or strongly preferredÂ
- Knowledge of aerial construction and safety standardsÂ
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditionsÂ
- Strong attention to safety and detailÂ
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding workÂ
