We are seeking experienced Regional Sales Managers with deep utility and energy-sector relationships who understand how to drive enterprise sales inside highly complex utility environments.
This role is built for professionals who know how to:

  • influence grid modernization initiatives
  • and build long-term strategic partnerships

Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
  • Drive enterprise sales growth across utility and energy markets
  • Build relationships with utility executives, operational leaders, and key stakeholders
  • Develop strategic opportunities within grid modernization and digital energy initiatives
  • Lead complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Partner with technical and delivery teams to craft customer-focused solutions
  • Support initiatives involving:
    • utility modernization
    • automation
    • renewable integration
    • smart infrastructure
    • cybersecurity
    • energy management
    • IT/OT integration
  • Manage large enterprise opportunities from prospecting through close

Qualifications
What It Takes to Succeed
  • 15+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or technical sales experience
  • Strong background within electric utilities, energy infrastructure, or grid modernization
  • Proven success building C-suite relationships within utility organizations
  • Experience closing complex multi-million-dollar enterprise deals
  • Deep understanding of:
    • power systems
    • utility automation
    • microgrids
    • digital energy
    • utility cybersecurity
    • grid modernization technologies
  • Strong consultative sales and strategic advisory background
  • Experience leading complex proposals and enterprise bids
  • Comfortable with up to 60% travel
