Project Manager Oversee High-Complexity Plumbing, Wet Mechanical and Site Utility Infrastructure

Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will take command of complex wet mechanical and plumbing projects from inception to closeout, ensuring peak operational efficiency. This role offers the unique opportunity to join a growing company where your expertise directly influences our trajectory and you have direct access to ownership.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Orchestrate all phases of prevailing wage plumbing and wet mechanical projects to ensure delivery on schedule and under budget.

  • Coordinate with field operations and prime contractor teams to align project resources with federal contract requirements.

  • Manage high-level communication with prime contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders to maintain project transparency.

  • Monitor project financial health by tracking labor costs, material procurement, and performance milestones.

  • Facilitate the resolution of technical hurdles and logistical bottlenecks to keep onsite crews moving efficiently.

  • Implement rigorous quality control standards to ensure all installations exceed government and commercial specifications.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
