Marvin Composites is hiring a Maintenance Engineering Project Manager at our Fargo, ND location. If you're someone who enjoys bringing order to complex projects, working with a variety of teams, and helping drive meaningful improvements, this could be a great fit.


As a Maintenance Engineering Project Manager, you'll support a mix of facility, equipment, utility, and safety-focused projects while helping coordinate the day-to-day processes that keep our Maintenance Engineering team running effectively. From managing project timelines and budgets to improving documentation, facilitating communication, and supporting continuous improvement efforts, you'll play a key role in helping projects move forward and operations perform at their best.


  • Lead maintenance and engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, operations, contractors, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, remove obstacles, and keep projects moving forward
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and documentation while communicating progress, risks, and key milestones
  • Support facility, utility, equipment, and safety-related projects that improve operational performance and reliability
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce inefficiencies, and strengthen project outcomes
  • Build strong working relationships through clear communication, customer-focused support, and collaboration across teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Autodesk tools (AutoCAD experience preferred)
  • Experience managing projects in a manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or maintenance environment
  • Strong communication skills and relationship building skills with the ability to work effectively across a variety of teams
  • A customer focused mindset and an interest in finding ways to improve processes and outcomes

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering, strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated project management experience and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred
