Role Description:
The Civil Engineering Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role.
The project manager must work with teams on multiple projects and work with clients to understand their business, their processes and their projects. Growing and creating new client relationships is a key part of this role. The project manager must facilitate the design and permitting process to create a successful project.
Our clients include federal, state, and municipal agencies, architects, private developers, educational institutions, medical facilities, aviation clients and more.
Flexibility is key and interest in varied project types is paramount. T
he project manager must thrive in a fast paced, team environment and be comfortable with business development.
Applicants are required to have the following:
Technical requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
PE license with the ability to obtain their SC PE License
Proficiency in Civil 3D with site, grading, and utility design
Experience in K-12, commercial and industrial site design is preferred
Minimum of 10 years of site development experience
Management Skills
Experience managing and collaborating with architectural clients
Experience managing support staff
Minimum of 3 years of project management
Ability to establish relationships with clients
Ability and willingness to generate work/projects
Ability to work independently
Professional communication skills
Enthusiasm and a drive to exceed expectations
