Role Description:

  • The Civil Engineering Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role.

  • The project manager must work with teams on multiple projects and work with clients to understand their business, their processes and their projects. Growing and creating new client relationships is a key part of this role. The project manager must facilitate the design and permitting process to create a successful project.

  • Our clients include federal, state, and municipal agencies, architects, private developers, educational institutions, medical facilities, aviation clients and more.

Applicants are required to have the following:

Technical requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

  • PE license with the ability to obtain their SC PE License

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D with site, grading, and utility design

  • Experience in K-12, commercial and industrial site design is preferred

  • Minimum of 10 years of site development experience

Management Skills

  • Experience managing and collaborating with architectural clients

  • Experience managing support staff

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management

  • Ability to establish relationships with clients

  • Ability and willingness to generate work/projects

  • Ability to work independently

  • Professional communication skills

  • Enthusiasm and a drive to exceed expectations
