Position Details:
Full Time
Shift: Days - Call Required
Hours: 40 Hours a Week, 8 Hour Shifts
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Hire with a 2-Year Commitment
Job Summary:
- Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
- Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.
Qualifications:
- RN Licensure in the State of New Mexico
- Graduate of an accredited RN Program.
- 2 years Nursing experience in critical care, surgical services preferred.
- Current BLS, ACLS & PALS Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain such certification.
- Specialty certification preferred.
