Position: Utility Construction Foreman (Stormwater)
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, 40-55 hours per week
Regional Travel: Required, typically 85% or more through company vehicle. We provide $68 per diem on out-of-town travel days.

What you'll do:

  • Construct and Repair Critical Stormwater Infrastructure: Work on essential underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins across the central states, ensuring communities are safe and resilient.
  • Operate Advanced Construction Equipment: Utilize a range of tools, from hand-held and power tools to heavy machinery like skid loaders, excavators, and dozers, showcasing your technical expertise.

What we're looking for:

  • 5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience is required.
  • Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins is required.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment (Skid Loader, Mini-Excavator, etc.)
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff.
  • Ability to do frequent out-of-town regional travel (85% or more travel required)
  • Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening. We are a drug-free workplace.
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and a reliable method of transportation. 
  • Able to perform manual labor, lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and under inclement weather conditions.
