The Accounts Representative will manage mid-sized company and small business accounts, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payment collection, and effective communication with customers. This role involves account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and maintaining organized documentation to support financial reporting and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts for mid-sized companies and small businesses
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Communicate with customers to resolve inquiries and disputes
  • Reconcile account statements and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports

Required Qualifications
