Overview

NOTE:  This role is hybrid requiring 3 days in office.  Office locations:  Allentown, PA; Louisville, KY or Providence, RI.   #LI-Hybrid   #INDPPL

Leads execution of work management technology initiatives supporting planning, scheduling, and field execution.

Accountable for delivery of programs across Agile frameworks and operational environments.  Strong focus on delivery, stakeholder alignment, and results.


Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Execute Work Management Technology projects.
  • Coordinate Agile delivery and PI planning.
  • Align stakeholders across business and IT.
  • Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive delivery performance and continuous improvement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education or experience.

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience program/project management experience.
  • Experience working in SAFe Agile environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in utility or regulated environment.
  • Experience working with vendors and technology partners.
