WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of six (6) years of exposure within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
  • Soft Skills: Good problem-solving and Communication Skills.
  • Shift: 1st Shift and according to business needs
  • Experience in:
    • Project Planning & Scheduling (WBS, critical path, milestones, dependencies)
    • Risk & Issue Management (risk registers, mitigation plans, escalation)
    • Cost & Scope Control (budget tracking, change control, earned value basics)
    • Agile/Hybrid Methodologies, Data & Reporting Tools, & Resource Optimization

  • Prepare project schedules, status reports, and performance updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure successful project outcomes and business solutions.
