Interest in data center development/economics, infrastructure to serve associated large loads and power market fundamentals are a significant plus. Strong accounting and finance skills, a passion for the stock market and the ability to work on a fast-paced equity research team are critical.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Building and maintaining detailed company models (IS/BS/CF)Analyzing financial statements and news related to industry coverageAnalyze company filings (10-K, 10-Q, earnings releases) and company transcriptsWriting equity research reports and over time, formulating investment thesesParticipation in site visits and management meetingsMaintaining and analyzing industry dataCommunicating investment recommendations to internal and external clientsCollaborate in developing tools and processes to gather industry and company-related news that can then be decimated to clients as one-off products or incorporated in the groups normal research productWork to establish industry, regulatory and political relationships to help better predict and/or handicap industry trends or company-related eventsExperience/SkillsA combination of writing skills, technical knowledge and skills in equity research, finance or accounting demonstrated through relevant work and educational experience is required.
