Part-Time

Primary Purpose: Evaluate, intervene, consult, and deliver services as required by the school districts, community agencies, and HCDE.

Qualifications

Education/Certification: Degree from an accredited university; Current license issued by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.

Special Knowledge/Skills
  • Effective/efficient oral and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to/from work and between work-sites
  • Efficient mobility within the work-site
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records
  • General knowledge of computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to serve as supervisor for physical therapist assistant and serve as professional student supervisor
Experience
  • Experience in pediatrics and/or the school setting desirable
  • One year of experience preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties
