What You'll Do

As a Customer Service / Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and welcoming presence of SwimKids. In this role, you will:

  • Keep class schedules organized, accurate, and running smoothly
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions and concerns
  • Provide a positive, professional experience for every family

  • Work closely with instructors and team members to create a smooth customer experience
