ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering incoming calls, determine purpose of calls, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Distributes main voicemail messages to appropriate personnel.
  • Prepares all outgoing FedEx packages
  • Takes and Delivers messages or transfers calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
  • Logs in all packages (Fedex, UPS, USPS, Courier).
  • Receives, identifies, sorts, and routes debtor mail and office correspondences.
  • Excellent verbal and telephone skills
  • Good Organizational and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Internet, Outlook, Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word software.
  • Must be able to type 35-45 words per minute
