We are seeking a Carrier / Driver Compliance Officer to manage driver eligibility and postal badging compliance across our subcontracted fleet. This role is responsible for ensuring all drivers meet customer and contract requirements before being dispatched, with a primary focus on USPS-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the postal badging process for all applicable drivers
  • Ensure only fully compliant drivers are dispatched on assigned routes
  • Guide subcontractors through the step-by-step badging process
  • Track driver eligibility, badging status, renewals, and expirations
  • Serve as the liaison between subcontractors, internal teams, and the customer
  • Enforce compliance deadlines with no exceptions
  • Develop and maintain compliance tracking and documentation

Compensation:

  • $55,000-65,000 annual salary range

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years experience in carrier compliance, safety, or transportation operations
