What Youll Do as a Support Staff Technician

  • Provide friendly, professional communication with patients, staff, and the public
  • Answer calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, and route messages
  • Collect co-pays and process payments
  • Manage medical records, releases of information, and new patient charts
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Check in patients in NextGen
