Office Administrator

Pay: $21.00–$24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Worldwide Foam is seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, providing excellent customer service, and supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, you'll play a key role in ensuring our office runs efficiently while assisting with administrative, operational, and customer support tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls while greeting visitors professionally.
  • Maintain product and item information within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate and process UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipments.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Provide backup support for customer service, order entry, and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Assist with general office and operational tasks to support multiple departments.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of office or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
