SUMMARY STATEMENT/POSITION OVERVIEW
Completes documentation and ensures accuracy for USPS trips. Coordinates all trailer moves with switch driver between the docks and yard.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES
- Receives, prepares, and inspects for accuracy required paperwork for all USPS trips.
- Records all moves called out from dock employees and switcher driver.
- Dispatches all moves that need to be made to switch driver.
- Monitors emails from USPS.
- Organizes and files all paperwork.
- Put all BOL’s in the trailer
- Monitor loaders and unloaders
- Print all reports
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SPECIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS (List specific skills required but not defined in Dimensions)
