Job description

Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining all production machinery, new equipment installations and performing established preventative maintenance programs. Proficiency in reading mechanical/electrical prints and schematics is a must. Electrical understanding is required, including knowledge of 240v/480v 3-phase and industrial automation controls. Knowledge of Rockwell industrial controls is required.
The applicant would be expected to have familiarity with equipment such as PLC’s, VFD’s, pressure transducers, flow meters, PD pumps, HVAC’s and other related equipment in the production process.
Applicant must have a Mechanical Engineering Technology Degree (MET) or Associate of Science Degree (AS) and at least 3 years of practical experience.
Skills that will be helpful include TIG/sanitary welding, Pneumatic troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, RS Logix knowledge and strong analytical skills.
Attention to detail, good follow through, working independently effectively and being a team player are all attributes the applicant must possess.
Other responsibilities, but not limited to – General maintenance around the facility.
Shifts – Must be willing to accept any shift. Facility operates M-F 24/5
Minimum Experience – 3 years of practical experience
Salary - $90,000 - $120,000 per year DOE
