WRH is searching for an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Sales Counselor. In this position, you will be responsible for learning the WRH sales process and completing training assignments with the goal of becoming a WRH Sales Counselor. This position is responsible for learning, and assisting with, all aspects of the home selling process including, but not limited to:

  • Attending all department meetings
  • Learning the WRH sales process
  • Observing the sales process by shadowing Sales Counselors, attending new Prospect appointments, phone call, and email follow-ups
  • Understanding the customer experience
  • Developing professional and personalized relationships with broker community and master plan developer liaisons
  • Learning Sales administrative functions and expectations
  • Learning WRH product positioning and USPs
  • Learning how to use the WRH sales software and programs
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Two (2) years prior experience in Sales or equivalent experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent technology skills, including Microsoft Office, familiarity with social media and modern digital outreach programs.
  • Familiarity with new-home construction or Real Estate

Other Requirements

  • Minimal travel required.
  • Employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage.
  • Employee must have a cell phone with data package.
